We are family run, based in North Vancouver, and work across the North Shore and Greater Vancouver, for homeowners, builders, and general contractors, on houses, condos, multi-unit buildings, and commercial interiors. Steel stud framing, drywall, and every level of finishing from 1 to 5. Under 1,000 square feet we can prime and paint. Beyond that, we recommend trusted contractors for painting. OUR SERVICES
What we do, in build order: steel stud framing, insulation and vapour barrier, boarding, fire taping, then finishing. Ceilings are their own trade. Texture, popcorn, and stipple, plus T-bar grid and tiles for offices, basements, and retail.

TAPING AND FINISHING
Mud finishing at every level, 1 to 5. Level 3 and 4 are the standard for walls in normal light. Level 5 adds a full skim coat for rooms with big windows or strong natural light, where no light can find a seam. It costs more and takes longer, and if your job does not need it, we will say so.
DRYWALL INSTALLATION
Boarding, patching, and new installation on houses, condos, basement suites, and commercial interiors. Board hung, fire tape, seam tape, then coats built up and sanded between passes.
BOARDING AND REPAIR
Water damage, cracked seams, nail pops, and holes. We cut back to solid board, patch, tape, and finish so the repair disappears into the wall. Single patches and whole rooms both.
INSULATION
Batt insulation and poly vapour barrier, taped and sealed before the board goes on. Sound insulation between suites and bedrooms. We frame, insulate, and vapour barrier in build order, so nothing has to come apart later.
