1 / Drywall, board and tape
Boarding, patching, and new installation. Mud finishing at every level, 1 to 5. Level 5 is where no light can find a seam.
2 / Ceilings
Texture, popcorn, or stipple ceilings. Installing or repairing T-bar grid and T-bar tiles, for offices, basements, and retail.
3 / Framing, insulation, vapour barrier, and fire taping
In build order: framing, insulation, vapour barrier, drywall, then fire taping. Fire taping and caulking on the assemblies that have to pass inspection.
